Unprecedented demand for eCPD results in innovative collaboration between Becta, LSIS and LSC
Following an overwhelming interest from the sector in the eCPD training, Becta has agreed to match?additional funding from the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) to ensure an extension to the programme. The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) have also made additional funding available to support those who take up the extra training places.

Harnessing Technology for Next Generation Learning
Becta has recently launched the sector's revised Implementation Plan for the Harnessing Technology strategy for FE and skills (2009-2012). This plan has been developed with Becta's national partners and is available on the FE and skills website. This plan follows extensive research by Becta, the findings for which are summarised in the following downloadable presentation:
